This is my third pair. I'll die the day I can't find this boot for sale. Sooo.. comfortable. I had one pair resoled for $85 but finding someone willing to do it is difficult. I don't live near that shoe store anymore so now I have to stock up.

Great boots so far. Still breaking them in. They are not easy to find, I don't see them in dealerships (although one told me they could order them) but I think they will work better than the boots I have. I bought these boots mainly for better traction in areas where the winter sand is still on the road. My other HD boots have a smooth sole and was slippery at times when I would put my foot down at a stop. And when not riding, these boots should easily out perform my old boots when walking over ice. The mat finish on the leather looks good, hopefully it will accept conditioner without becoming glossy. The overall shape of the boot is a bit different, but I like it better than my engineer boots. The extra leather on the toe and outside of the foot should give better protection in the event of a crash, although I hope I never find out. The extra leather on the toe isn't big enough to work well as a shift patch (the leather is thick enough not to need one IMO), but I don't care as I have a "heel/toe" shifter on my bike.

His only complaint was they bother him a bit in the toes when he wears them when he's walking far distances. Otherwise, they're waterproof and windproof and great for Harley owners!
